Coffee Range

Roasts with depth, sweetness, and clarity.

We focus on approachable specialty coffee that feels comfortable in Irish homes and precise enough for professional service.

Our Style

A dark roast/brown identity without burnt flavours.

North Quay Roasters favours sweetness, structure, and soluble consistency. Our coffees lean warm and rounded in tone, but every roast is calibrated to preserve origin clarity.

Espresso focus

Blends and single origins with crema, body, and a reliable finish in straight shots and milk drinks.

Filter expression

Seasonal lots for V60, Chemex, French press, and batch brew, roasted to stay clear and aromatic.

Fresh by default

Short roasting runs help us keep coffee moving quickly without warehousing large volumes.

Brew Guidance

Simple advice for better cups at home.

  • Espresso coffees rest 7 to 10 days before peak sweetness.
  • Filter coffees are usually at their best from day 5 onward.
  • Store bags in a cool, dry cupboard and grind only what you need.
  • Ask us for grind support if you are brewing on moka pot, AeroPress, cafetiere, or batch brewer.
